 Owens Construction provides general construction for all types of commercial and industrial projects. This traditional approach to construction involves the management comprised of dedicated individuals and subcontractors. We have the ability of performing concrete placement, steel erection and rough-finish carpentry using our team of highly trained personnel and managing a selective group of subcontractors and suppliers to meet our expectations.  

 Owens Construction offers a complete solution that combines many of the services required to take our customers projects from concept to reality. Design/Build consolidates the Design and Construction phases of a project under one contract. In the Design/Build role, Owens Construction can work more aggressively towards lowering project cost. Enhanced coordination and flexibility enables our customers to have more choices as the design progresses. 

 Owens Construction provides Construction Management (CM) for both large and small projects. We work in conjunction with the owner, architect and other consultants to provide a quality project that is the most cost effective, as well as constructed on schedule.

In the CM capacity, Owens Construction acts as the owner's agent and consultant while allowing the owner to be involved in the decisions affecting the project planning, specifications and costs.
